Email executive-assistant@theisla.org to get your login credentials, then sign in at theisla.org with your school username and password. Membership is on a sliding scale based on school enrollment.
Log in and review your school’s listing. It takes about 30 seconds to confirm your information is current on the directory and map.
Each month, one member is selected and featured: an email goes to the contacts on file, the school’s name and logo appear in the newsletter, a linked blog post is published on the ISLA website, and a related social post is shared.
Before you begin: obtain your log-in information, check for emails from ISLA, and prepare your job-ad flyer, organization logo, and a brief description of the position(s).
Posting steps: 1) Log in at theisla.org. 2) Upload the flyer and add the details. 3) Click Publish. 4) View live at theisla.org/jobs/. 5) Remove the posting once the role is filled. Every ad is automatically included in the Friday job email to 3,800+ subscribers (43.5% open rate). Ads must be placed by a school leader through an active member account.
A monthly 60-minute meeting with Dr. Shaza Khan, ISLA’s Executive Director, covering hot topics and the latest news and updates on Islamic education, with occasional guest speakers.
Members get 10-25% off Professional Development Week, discounted registration for the Leadership Retreat (Dec 4-6), and PLCs such as Building Your School’s AI Vision, along with other PDs and workshops offered August through May.
Certificates are issued upon joining and upon renewal. Allow 1-3 business days after payment to receive yours, then display it in your office and on your website.
Use a generic contact email that won’t change; more than one email can be attached to your account. Set a reminder 12 months after joining to renew and update your school’s info. For payment issues, contact info@theisla.org (an invoice can be created if paying by check). To post a job ad quickly, contact executive-assistant@theisla.org; remember ads must be placed by a school leader through an active account.
