Hybrid Learning Design Poster

Course Details

In this course, academic leaders will learn how to make important decisions in guiding their faculty on how to design, build, and implement their courses in an unpredictable setting that toggles between Virtual and Face to Face Teaching and Learning.

In this 3-week program, participants will do a deep dive into hybrid course designing and building.  Participants will work to create their school’s learning cycle and template for hybrid courses as well as use a few rubrics to evaluate their current Ed-tech needs.   At the end of the course, participants will use a Readiness tool to determine their faculty and school readiness for the fall.

Course Format

Administrators will be guided through a 3 week asynchronous online course. The course will be class paced with both content-driven and engagement-driven tasks.  Each week, one module will be released.

Participants will spend approximately 4 to 5 hours a week completing necessary tasks for the course.

Participants who submit all course work on time will receive a course certificate that can be used for continuing education.

Throughout the course, administrators will collaborate with each other through discussion boards and short videos.
