Retreat Registration Pricing

Member Schools/Individuals: $475/person

Non-Member Schools/Individuals: $550/person

*Note on Pricing:

All pricing is inclusive of conference fee + 2 nights camp-style lodging (Fri & Sat) + 6 halal meals

Lodging:

Lodging is included in the retreat registration for Friday & Saturday night. Check in begins at 3 p.m. and Check out is at 11 a.m.

You will be assigned a twin bunk (no one will be on the top bunk) in same-gender cabins that accommodate on average 10 people per cabin with full bathrooms.

Linens, blankets and pillows are provided, along with basic towels.

If you need lodging for Thursday night, it is an additional $75/person. Please contact lkahler@theisla.org by November 18 to reserve your lodging. 

A packing list will be provided to all registered attendees two weeks prior to the retreat date, inshallah.

Retreat Location

Lodging, workshops and activities will occur at Ascend Camp and Retreat Center located at 5218 Kiwanis Rd, Dallas, TX 75236, except for the optional visit to Islamic School of Irving on Friday morning.

Airports

The closest airport is Dallas Fort Worth (DFW), which is approximately 20-25 minutes from Ascend.

The next closest is Dallas Love Field (DAL), which is approximately 30-40 minutes from Ascend.
