Al Madina School of Richmond is Central Virginia’s only dual-accredited, full-time Islamic school serving students from PreK

through 12th grade. Located in Midlothian, VA, we integrate academic excellence with Quranic studies, Arabic language

instruction, and Islamic values in a nurturing, faith-centered community.

QUALIFICATIONS::

1. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field required
2. Valid school administration license or certification preferred
3. Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience
4. Prior school leadership or administrative experience strongly preferred
5. Deep commitment to Islamic values and Islamic education
6. Knowledge of Virginia state academic standards (SOLs)
7. Experience with accreditation processes a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide instructional and operational leadership across all grade levels
2. Execute and advance the school’s strategic plan
3. Foster a strong Islamic school culture aligned with the vision and mission
4. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff
5. Build strong relationships with families and the broader community
6. Oversee CISNA and Middle States accreditation compliance
7. Partner with the Board on enrollment, finance, and school growth
