Preferred candidates will have prior classroom teaching experience. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong alignment with our mission, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to meeting the expectations outlined below.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach assigned grade using adopted curriculum.
2. Infuse Islamic teachings and values using trusted sources, based on the Quran and Sunnah.
3. Assess students and communicate progress.
4. Differentiate instruction for various learning styles.
5. Participate in evaluations and implement feedback.
6. Supervise lunch, recess, and drop-off/pick-up.
7. Collaborate respectfully with staff and families.
8. Support school growth and fundraising initiatives.
9. Attend professional development trainings for sustained growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent international degree required.
2. Current college students considered case-by-case.
3. Teaching experience preferred.
4. Strong classroom management skills.
5. Commitment to Islamic character and professionalism.

4. Work authorization
