Community Engagement Lead

QManager is seeking someone who is well connected in the Muslim school community across the US to join our team as an engagement consultant to help grow our dismissal and school safety app.

In this role, you will drive our software growth by building awareness, gathering feedback, and encouraging adoption among school directors, teachers, and administrators. You will use your school contacts to help us grow, support engagement across departments, and demo to school leaders.

This is more than a part-time role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a larger vision to keep schools safe and modernize dismissal processes. High performers may grow into a broader regional ambassador role as QManager expands.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a database of school contacts and reach out periodically.
2. Raise awareness of school safety and dismissal efficiency.
3. Facilitate online demos of our software product, QManager.
4. Facilitate online training for schools who sign up for QManager.

Qualifications:

1. Keep your current job, no need to quit unless you want to.
2. 5+ years School experience in any capacity.
3. Outgoing and proactive.
4. Comfortable with presentations and fluent in English.
5. Fast learner and not afraid of diving into software details as well as adoption processes at schools.
6. Organized and self-motivated.

Training and mentorship provided, but we are looking for a proactive and outgoing person who is comfortable engaging with colleagues and school leaders.
