As a middle school teacher at Arqam’s Academy, you’ll do more than teach — you’ll mentor, inspire, and help shape confident young thinkers grounded in academic excellence and strong values. You’ll collaborate with a forward-thinking team in a nurturing Islamic learning environment that prioritizes both academic rigor and emotional well-being.

Your Impact:

1. Deliver engaging and relevant instruction across core subjects (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) for grades 6–8.
2. Design differentiated lessons that challenge students while meeting their individual needs.
3. Create a classroom culture where curiosity, character, and connection thrive.
4. Guide students as they develop critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Integrate Islamic values and character-building throughout instruction.
6. Use technology and assessment tools to track and support student progress.
7. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, enrichment, and student support.
8. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, building strong partnerships in student success.
9. Participate actively in staff development and school-wide initiatives that strengthen our learning community.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
2. Teaching certification or eligibility to obtain one.
3. Experience with middle school students (preferred).
4. Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
5. Ability to differentiate instruction and integrate technology.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Commitment to Islamic values and student development.

Schedule:

1. Full-time position
2. Monday through Friday
3. Regular school hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 3:50 PM)
4. Occasional after-school or weekend events (as needed for school programs or parent engagement)
