With more than 30 years of experience in education, Majida has served as a teacher, assistant principal, middle school and high school principal, executive director, strategic planner, organizational strategist, and leadership coach. Throughout her career, she has curated and led hundreds of professional learning experiences for educators and leaders across private, public, international, and Islamic schools, driving measurable growth and impact.
As the founder of Connecting 2 Impact, Majida specializes in developing emerging school leaders to strengthen their instructional leadership and supporting nonprofit leaders through strategic alignment, team development, and values-centered leadership practices.
Known for her ability to inspire, empower, and transform organizations, Majida brings a wealth of expertise, innovation, and passion to this role. Her leadership will help shape a dynamic and impactful Professional Development Week that advances excellence across the Islamic school community.
