Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal who will play a critical leadership role in our school community. The successful candidate will be have full responsibilities for academic leadership, administration, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide instructional leadership to teachers and staff, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning.
2. Oversee day-to-day school operations, including curriculum implementation, student discipline, and staff development.
3. Foster a positive school culture aligned with Islamic values and traditions.
4. Collaborate with the School Committee, and staff to support strategic goals and continuous school improvement.
5. Engage with parents, students, and community partners to strengthen school-community relations.
6. Ensure compliance with state education standards and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
2. Proven hands-on experience in both teaching and administration within an Islamic school (or equivalent educational setting).
3. Deep understanding of Islamic values, culture, and traditions, with the ability to integrate them into educational leadership.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead faculty and staff.
6. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only please.
