How would you describe what K12 Uplift-ED does?
K12 Uplift-Ed is a trusted educational consulting company providing coaching, mentoring, professional development, strategic planning, curriculum writing and development, courses, teacher training, and other similar services. We focus on quality experiences, outcome-based training, and collaborative partnerships to help schools grow and succeed in creating engaging learning experiences.

Which service are you most proud of?
We are particularly proud of our “Course Development” service. Designing, developing, and delivering courses tailored for professional development and growth is our passion. We create courses for teachers, schools, and educators in order to empower new and seasoned teachers with effective strategies and practical knowledge. Meanwhile, our engaging and enriching elective courses provide high school students with an engaging and enriching opportunity to foster personal and academic growth. We are working on literature to accompany our courses, and have some upcoming work in the pipeline.
Share a success story with us.
One inspiring success story comes from a school we worked with last year. They were facing challenges in teacher retention and student engagement and performance. Through our data-driven approach and collaborative efforts, we identified specific areas for improvement and implemented a free professional development plan and three free sessions. Through these sessions, a strong sense of collaboration flourished, and the school embraced the opportunity. Teachers felt more committed, resulting in a smooth and successful school year. We were delighted to witness the positive impact as the school retained most of its teachers and students, allowing the community to thrive and grow.

We are a team of divinely motivated educators, and our goal is to make a lasting impact on the educational landscape. Although we operate as a for-profit entity, our mission goes beyond financial success. We are driven by an unwavering commitment to encouraging collaboration and improvement within educational institutions. By working closely with school leaders, teachers, parents, and students, we aim to create a positive and growth mindset environment that strengthens the entire community. Our approach is firmly rooted in case studies and real-life scenarios, making it applicable, usable, and beneficial in real-world contexts.
