Muslim Dreamers Learning Center is seeking passionate and qualified teachers to join our full-time Kâ5 Islamic school in Windsor Mill, MD. Teachers at MDLC play an essential role in delivering high-quality academic instruction while fostering Islamic values and a love for learning in every student.
Responsibilities include:
- Teach assigned subjects using engaging, age-appropriate methods
- Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support student success
- Maintain a positive, structured, and spiritually uplifting classroom
- Integrate Islamic character and values into daily teaching
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
- Teaching certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Commitment to Islamic education and personal development
