Director, K-5 Program Lead, School Administrator

Muslim Dreamers Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and visionary Director to oversee the operations and development of our full-time K–5 Islamic school in Windsor Mill, MD. This individual will play a central role in shaping a nurturing, faith-based educational environment that promotes both academic excellence and strong Islamic character.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and managing all aspects of the K–5 academic and Islamic studies programs
2. Supervising staff and supporting teacher development
3. Collaborating with parents and the MDLC board to ensure high standards of instruction and care
4. Overseeing curriculum planning, scheduling, and classroom management systems
5. Upholding the center’s mission and Islamic values in all operations
6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
2. 5+ years of experience in school administration or leadership
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
4. Commitment to Islamic education and student-centered learning
