The Board will follow the competitive hiring process to ensure all applicants are equally considered for this critical role. This includes: a preliminary review of applications by a Search Committee of Board members with a uniform screening process, a preliminary panel interview following standard industry practices, a formal second interview and site visit by shortlisted candidates, structured focus groups with key stakeholders (includes teachers, staff, students and families), with final selection contingent on background and reference checks, before a final offer of employment is extended.
