Responsibilities

1. Teach core subjects including English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies
2. Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for mixed grade levels
3. Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
5. Maintain a structured, positive, and well-organized classroom
6. Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with administration
7. Foster independence, responsibility, and respect among students

Qualifications

1. Required: Experience teaching elementary students (Grades 1–3)
2. Bachelor’s degree required
3. Strong classroom management and instructional skills
4. Ability to differentiate instruction
5. Montessori knowledge or certification is a plus, but not required
