About Beacon House Preparatory School & Our Preschool Program

Beacon House Preparatory School offers a blended Preschool and Pre-K program for children ages 3–5, combining early learning with Islamic values through a play-based, nurturing approach. Our mission is to develop the academic, social-emotional, and spiritual foundations necessary for lifelong success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons for preschool-aged children
2. Integrate Islamic values, manners, Duas, and age-appropriate Qur’an content into daily routines
3. Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment
4. Observe, document, and communicate student progress
5. Collaborate with teachers and school leadership
6. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and early childhood education regulations

Required Qualifications

1. Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3–5)
2. CDA, ECE coursework, or equivalent experience
3. Strong communication and classroom management skills
4. Commitment to Islamic values and character-building
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse school community

Preferred Qualifications

1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
2. Familiarity with Montessori methods, or other play-based/child-centered learning approaches
3. Basic knowledge of Arabic or Qur’an recitation
