  3. Guide students through the scientific process: questioning, hypothesizing, experimenting, analyzing data, and communicating findings.

Integration of Islamic Intellectual Tradition

  1. Connect scientific exploration with the Islamic intellectual tradition, highlighting historical contributions of Muslim scholars in fields such as astronomy, medicine, mathematics, and natural philosophy.
  2. Encourage reflection on the ethical dimensions of science, including stewardship of the earth (khilafah), responsibility, and humility before creation.
  3. Foster appreciation for the harmony between faith, reason, and discovery.

Relational & Student-Centered Teaching

  1. Build strong, caring relationships with students, cultivating a classroom culture rooted in respect, curiosity, and intellectual growth.
  2. Support students’ social and emotional development alongside their academic learning.
