There’s a lot that can be said about the challenges facing administrators today. Leading in these uncertain times requires knowledge, adaptability and courage, amongst other key traits. While no one organization or ‘expert’ can provide answers to all of the questions and challenges facing today’s leaders, we know that collectively, we can learn from one another.

ISLA’s Administrators’ Meetings

In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, never has the need for this collective wisdom been more pressing. In light of this truth, ISLA initiated weekly administrators’ meetings in May 2020.
Below, find a collection of recordings from guest speakers and meeting notes. As meetings are intended to address current issues, the agenda is fluid and subject to change. Speakers are often invited to speak about relevant issues that may benefit attendees.
