Overview
At Arqam’s Academy, we believe elementary school is the foundation for a lifetime of learning, character development, and Islamic values. We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Elementary School Academic Teacher to join our team and inspire young learners in grades K–5.

Your Role & Impact:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate instruction across core subjects (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies).
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and creativity.
- Integrate Islamic values and character-building into daily lessons and activities.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of each student.
- Use assessments and technology tools to monitor progress and guide instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum, enrichment activities, and student support.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to promote student growth and success.
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to strengthen the learning community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience teaching elementary students (preferred).
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
- Ability to integrate technology and create interactive lessons.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Islamic values, student development, and academic excellence.
