- Granada Islamic School is seeking a compassionate and experienced School Mental Health & Behavior Counselor to support the emotional wellness, behavioral growth, and social-emotional development of students in a faith-based Kâ12 environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with youth, building strong family partnerships, and helping students thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
- Responsibilities include: Individual and small-group student counseling, behavioral intervention and support planning, crisis response and emotional wellness support, collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families, social-emotional learning and character development initiatives, student advocacy and restorative support
- Qualifications: Masterâs degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Experience working with children or adolescents. Strong communication and collaboration skills. California licensure preferred
- Competitive salary based on experience and credentials. FTE Salary range: $68K – $88K
