  5. Create a safe, organized, respectful, and engaging classroom environment that promotes academic excellence, positive behavior, and student responsibility.
  6. Build professional, respectful relationships with students, families, colleagues, and administration through consistent communication and collaboration.
  7. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events while contributing positively to the overall school culture.
  8. Supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, field trips, assemblies, and other assigned duties as needed.
  9. Demonstrate flexibility in a growing school environment by assisting with school initiatives, fundraising efforts, curriculum development, training, or other responsibilities as assigned.

Professional Expectations

Teachers are expected to:

  1. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, punctuality, reliability, and excellent Islamic character.
  2. Participate in regular teacher evaluations and implement required recommendations, instructional modifications, or improvement plans with professionalism and timely follow-through.
  3. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding students, families, staff, and all school operations.
  4. Maintain accurate student records and communicate proactively with administration regarding student needs or concerns.
  5. Be collaborative, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous professional growth.
